Tshwane House

Commissioned as a Public Private Partnership this became the home of the mayor of the city of Tshwane – the largest municipality in South Africa.

AngoGold Ashanti Head Office

The Head Office for AngloGold Ashanti was a seminal project in the inner city redevelopment project of Newtown Johannesburg. With very stringent Heritage requirements, the design required the demolition of the North Boiler House, whilst retaining the Steel structure of the South Building House, and the Concrete shell of the Turbine Hall building.

International Airport on the Island of St Helena

Saint Helena is more than 2,000 kilometres (1,200 mi) from the nearest major landmass. Prior to the opening of the airport, the island was only reachable by sea, making it one of the most remote populated places on earth, measured as travel time from major cities. The Airport was commissioned by the UK government to enable St Helena to become more self sustaining through encouraging the economic benefits through the growth of tourism.

No. 1 Sandton Drive

Located at one of the prime addresses in Johannesburg and South Africa, the design was envisaged as a large sectional title office building scheme allowing a large number of tenancy sizes. The central atrium was envisaged as a large common social space.
