A competition entry for a proposal in Cape Town. Designed on a tricky triangular site with fantastic visibility. This scheme allowed for the inclusion of a call centre, as well as an office tower. The building formed part of a larger mixed use development which provided a semi-public podium at an elevated level offering breathtaking views of the city.
