This office park was designed to offer a particular sector of the commercial office market. It was designed to serve the smaller tenants that were looking for affordable quality space in a secure park. The park is a collection of 7 freestanding buildings each with their own identity and planning, however very obviously part of the park family. Materials, finishes, planning principles and certain architectural features unite all the buildings in the park as they are arranged around a central green space. Each was also designed to be sold off individually should the developers wish to do so in the future.

A central conferencing building sits in the middle allowing all smaller tenants to have access to state of the art conferencing facilities, as well as a cafe and catering facilities should they need them. The sense of community in a secure park of this nature is a sought after commodity.
Each building was designed to be feasible and competitive in it’s own right. Each building was also triggered by market demand making the phasing and management of the construction and sequencing important. The market demand, rentals and sensitivities were influential through the entire process of design development and construction.
