The Station Central Site

This was a large collection of sites that we worked on for many years. Far longer that any practice should. The complicated collection of buildings arranged themselves around a central piazza. Only one of the six sites is currently occupied – with a large 38,000sqm head office, the balance of the sites has seen many many iterations. I have been involved in the very early planning on the site, and in a large number of the schemes that were proposed. I was involved in the early conceptual thinking on the sites, but not in any of the execution of the main buildings. Until there is commercial interest, the site will wait for the right use, and the right scheme.
